Report a problem with copying or typing

Tell us what you tried, what you expected and what happened instead. Include your browser, device and the app where you pasted the text. If the problem happens only with one letter, paste that character into your message.

Request a character or flag an incorrect code

Send the character, its name or its Unicode value if you know it. For a shortcut that produces the wrong result, include the full code, your operating system and the app you tested. A reference link is useful when suggesting a correction.

Accessibility and privacy questions

You can use the same address to report a control that is difficult to use or to ask about information handled by the site. Describe the relevant page and feature. Our Privacy Policy explains browser storage, clipboard actions and analytics.

Keep examples short

A sample word or a few steps are usually enough to explain an issue. Remove personal messages and other private details from screenshots before sending them. Please do not include passwords or account credentials.
